Qualifications

10+ years of solution architecture experience in complex environments.
Proven ability to develop pragmatic architecture strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
Strong experience with TOGAF and SAFe governance practices.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-system solutions.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of solution architectures aligned to business goals.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and define solution visions.
Drive alignment between solution, enterprise and platform architecture.
Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance and reusable assets.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and delivery.
Evaluate technology solutions and support vendor selection activities.
Champion innovation and architectural best practices across programs.
