StudioHawk is seeking an Enterprise SEO Manager to oversee high-performing campaigns for large accounts and notable brands. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from onboarding to reporting, with flexibility to structure accounts and access to resources.

Located in Melbourne, Australia, you will lead complex SEO initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to improving enterprise delivery models and SEO products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience leading complex SEO campaigns with commercial impact.
• Advanced SEO capability across enterprise technical SEO, large-scale content strategy, international SEO or migrations.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio.
• Strong platform knowledge across WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
• Experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
• Strong communication skills via emails, calls and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of enterprise clients: onboarding → strategy → execution → reporting.
• Leading large enterprise accounts with retainers and delivering measurable results.
• Aligning long-term SEO goals with broader business objectives to drive retention and growth.
• Monitoring retention risk and escalating concerns when needed for at-risk accounts.
• Supporting high-stakes proposals, pitches, tenders and RFPs for enterprise opportunities.
• Finding opportunities to expand retainers and project work through strategic recommendations.
• Staying on top of SEO trends and sharing insights via masterclasses and sessions.
• Contributing to improving StudioHawk’s enterprise delivery model, templates and SEO product.
• Optionally representing StudioHawk externally through events, panels, or thought leadership.
