Job summary

StudioHawk Melbourne is seeking an Enterprise SEO Manager to oversee and deliver high‑performing campaigns for large, complex accounts. You’ll own account structures, access resources as needed, and drive strategic SEO outcomes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to grow retainers and client success.

You’ll influence long‑term SEO directions, monitor performance, and contribute to the evolution of our enterprise delivery model.

Qualifications

• Located in Melbourne, Australia.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience leading complex SEO campaigns with commercial impact, with strong ownership and strategic outcomes.
• Advanced SEO capability (enterprise technical SEO, large-scale content strategy, international SEO and/or complex migrations).
• Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio (or similar).
• Strong platform knowledge across WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
• Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
• Strong and clear communication skills via emails, phone calls and during internal & external meetings.

Responsibilities

• Leading large enterprise accounts (8K–20K+ retainers), delivering measurable results and strong client satisfaction.
• Aligning long-term SEO goals with broader business objectives to drive retention and growth.
• Monitoring retention risk and escalating concerns when needed for at‑risk accounts.
• Supporting high-stakes proposals, pitches, tenders and RFPs for enterprise opportunities.
• Finding opportunities to expand retainers and one-off projects through strategic recommendations.
• Staying on top of SEO trends and sharing insights through masterclasses or sessions.
• Contributing to improving StudioHawk’s enterprise delivery model, templates, frameworks, and SEO product.
• Optionally representing StudioHawk externally through events, panels, or thought leadership.
