Job summary

StudioHawk in Sydney is looking for an Enterprise SEO Manager to lead large, high-value campaigns for top brands. You’ll own how you structure accounts and have access to senior resources to deliver outstanding results.

You’ll bring at least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, proven leadership of complex SEO programs with commercial impact, and deep technical/content expertise across enterprise SEO and international projects.

Qualifications

Located in Sydney, Australia.
Minimum 5 years hands-on SEO experience.
Proven experience leading complex SEO campaigns with commercial impact.
Advanced enterprise SEO capability including technical SEO, large-scale content strategy, international SEO and migrations.
Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio (or similar).
Strong platform knowledge across WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
Strong and clear communication skills via emails, phone calls and meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead large, enterprise SEO campaigns for top-name brands and high-value retainers.
Align long-term SEO goals with broader business objectives to drive retention and growth.
Monitor retention risk and escalate concerns for at-risk accounts as needed.
Support high-stakes proposals, pitches, tenders and RFPs for enterprise opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand retainers and projects through strategic recommendations.
Share insights, run internal masterclasses and contribute to enterprise delivery improvements.
