Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Australia (Melbourne/Sydney) with hybrid work. The role focuses on governance, contract management, and service delivery for ANZ Bank, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving SLA reporting.

The candidate should have 5+ years in enterprise account management or similar roles within Banking/Fintech, bridging gaps between technical teams and enterprise clients, and proving strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise account management, service delivery management, or client relationship roles within complex environments.
• Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech is highly desirable.
• Technical acumen to bridge communication between technical teams and enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of payment systems and acquiring models is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build credibility, manage executive expectations, and handle escalations with high-value clients.
• Comfort interpreting enterprise contracts and facilitating governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, convene, and facilitate mandatory non-BAU governance and operational reviews with ANZ Bank stakeholders.
• Serve as the single point of contact for complex delivery issues and escalations.
• Understand terms, SLAs, and obligations within the ANZ Bank contract and ensure adherence.
• Identify needed contract variations and manage governance approvals.
• Partner cross-functionally to address root-cause issues, mitigate risks, and resolve escalations.
• Drive delivery, accuracy, and presentation of monthly and quarterly SLA reporting.
