Job summary

Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join the Infrastructure & Support team. You will design, implement and optimise enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices, operational sites, cloud environments and data centres.

Working with the Network & Connectivity Lead, you will deliver SD-WAN deployments, security enhancements and routing/switching improvements, while driving resilience, performance and automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise networking experience across distributed environments.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs and network security.
• ITIL, security standards and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise network infrastructure across offices, cloud and data centres.
• Deliver SD-WAN deployments and data centre connectivity improvements.
• Configure and optimise routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs.
• Provide senior technical expertise for incident diagnosis and resolution.
• Support architecture, standards and roadmaps for performance and resilience.
• Drive network automation and capacity planning.
