Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Infrastructure & Support team in Melbourne. You will support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of AGIG's enterprise network, helping ensure secure and reliable connectivity across offices and operations.

Working with a collaborative team, you will strengthen networking expertise, contribute to infrastructure projects and support technology solutions that keep AGIG running.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in networking, infrastructure, telecoms or tech support.
• Experience with enterprise LAN, WAN and wireless connectivity services.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls and SD-WAN technologies.
• Understanding of network security practices and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, administration and maintenance of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN and internet connectivity services.
• Monitor network performance and availability; identify issues and assist resolution.
• Investigate and resolve network incidents and service requests with senior engineers.
• Assist with network configuration, testing, deployments and site migrations.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and procedures.
