Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Infrastructure & Support team. You will administer, maintain and improve our enterprise network across offices and operations, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.

Join a collaborative technical team to strengthen networking skills, contribute to infrastructure projects and support solutions integral to AGIG’s operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise networking and related technologies.
• Experience with WAN/LAN, SD-WAN and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, administration and maintenance of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN and internet connectivity services.
• Monitor network performance and availability, identify issues and support timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests with senior engineers.
• Assist with configuration, testing, deployments, site migrations and refresh programs.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams and runbooks for delivery teams.
• Support network security controls and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver improvements.
