Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise and data centre networks.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot networks across WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi.
• Vendor certifications expected.
• Tertiary IT qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Design, implement and troubleshoot enterprise and data centre networks.
• Work across WAN, LAN, wireless and data centre environments.
• Deliver network refreshes, migrations and secure access solutions.
• Produce high-level and detailed technical documentation.
• Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams during project delivery.
• Provide technical input into solution design and proposals.
