Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting enterprise infrastructure services across on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure services in large-scale environments.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, risk and compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and support enterprise infrastructure services across compute, virtualisation, storage, backup, networking, and identity platforms.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, availability and capacity; ensure systems are secure and reliable.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure incidents with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using scripting and IaC practices.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle activities following change management processes.
• Contribute to operational documentation and technical standards.
