BaseUp is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own key enterprise accounts and drive long-term value for our parking technology platform in Australia. You’ll lead deployments, manage cross-functional delivery, and champion customer outcomes from rollout through renewal.

You bring 6+ years in enterprise SaaS, a proven track record in retention and upsell, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience managing enterprise customers within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in customer retention, upsell, and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management skills with multi-phase deployments.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to property and enterprise teams.
• Own ongoing customer success—driving adoption, retention and upsell through structured success plans and stakeholders touchpoints.
• Drive renewals by identifying churn risks and coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Oversee end-to-end customer rollouts from operations through executives.
• Document processes and account plans to keep the business aligned and outcomes consistent.
