Department of Justice in Melbourne, Victoria, seeks a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Compliance to provide strategic leadership of the department's enterprise compliance function. You will identify, monitor and report obligations, strengthening oversight, governance and accountability while supporting executive leadership to manage risks and inform decisions.

You will lead the department's compliance function, helping teams meet their legal duties and keep senior leaders informed.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable.
• Strong experience managing complex programs in government, with changing needs and competing tasks.
• Sound understanding of Victorian Government rules, systems and ways of working.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with ministerial, parliamentary or department work.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust, guide change and work across teams.
