Job summary

Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Compliance to provide strategic leadership of the department's enterprise compliance function, ensuring legislative, regulatory and policy obligations are identified, monitored and reported.

You will lead major projects to improve compliance systems, report findings, support executive decision-making, and guide teams to strengthen accountability.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable.
• Strong experience managing complex programs in government, with changing needs and competing tasks.
• Sound understanding of Victorian Government rules, systems and ways of working.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with ministerial, parliamentary or department work.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust, guide change and work across teams.
