Job summary

NEC Australia Pty Ltd leads enterprise automation initiatives, owning strategy, architecture and delivery of automation using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Python and PowerShell. You will work to transform operations, improve service quality and enable AI-driven capabilities.

You will design scalable automation across infrastructure, cloud, networks, security and ITSM, driving governance and best practices while partnering with leaders to seize automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automation, DevOps, enterprise IT infrastructure or managed services.
• Experience designing and implementing large‑scale automation solutions across server, network, cloud, security and ITSM.
• Strong automation development skills in Python, PowerShell and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead NEC's enterprise automation strategy and roadmap.
• Own and govern the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Design and deliver automation across infrastructure, cloud, networks, security and ITSM.
• Develop scalable automation solutions using Ansible, Python and APIs.
• Drive automation governance, standards and best practices.
• Partner with technical and business leaders to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
