Job summary

Department of Education seeks a senior Enterprise/Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end architecture initiatives across the Victorian education technology landscape. You will design architectures, guide delivery from discovery to handover, and embed security, privacy, and compliance in all solutions.

You will collaborate with enterprise architects, platform owners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise principles and strategies, including data migration and API integration.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise and solution architecture experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience applying TOGAF or equivalent methods to enterprise projects.
• Ability to design governance processes and assess reuse against whole-of-life costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectures aligned with departmental principles and enterprise direction.
• Guide solutions from discovery through implementation and handover across teams.
• Balance business value with cost, risk and dependencies, ensuring security and privacy are embedded.
