Job summary

Innovior is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive digital transformation sales across enterprise accounts from Sydney. You will manage warm accounts from day one, hunt new logos, and close multi-solution deals.

Supported by Probe Group, you will leverage a large client base to cross-sell, collaborate with delivery teams, and scale your career with uncapped commissions and strong backing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within technology, digital transformation, or complex B2B services.
• The ability to navigate multi-solution deals and engage effectively with enterprise stakeholders.
• A proven track record of both nurturing existing client relationships and successfully hunting new business.
• A strategic mindset to leverage our expanded capability suite and cross-sell into an established base.

Responsibilities

• Managing, nurturing, and expanding a portfolio of established, warm accounts from your first day.
• Proactively hunting and securing new logos across a wide variety of industries.
• Navigating and closing complex, multi-solution deals encompassing AI, Data, Salesforce, and Staff Augmentation.
• Leveraging the broader Probe CX client base to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborating with our technical and delivery teams to ensure our bespoke solutions map directly to client business challenges.
