Job summary

Innovior is expanding its commercial team and seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth. In this hybrid role, you will nurture warm accounts from day one while also hunting new logos across various industries.

Backed by Probe CX, you’ll leverage a large client base to cross-sell AI, Data, Salesforce, and Staff Augmentation solutions, collaborating with delivery teams to map offerings to client challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within technology, digital transformation, or complex B2B services.
• Ability to navigate multi-solution deals and engage effectively with enterprise stakeholders.
• Proven track record of nurturing existing client relationships and hunting new business.
• Strategic mindset to leverage an expanded capability suite and cross-sell into an established base.

Responsibilities

• Manage, nurture, and expand a portfolio of established, warm accounts from day one.
• Proactively hunt and secure new logos across a wide variety of industries.
• Navigate and close complex, multi-solution deals encompassing AI, Data, Salesforce, and Staff Augmentation.
• Leverage Probe CX client base to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to map solutions to client business challenges.
