Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd, Fortitude Valley, Queensland, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead national engineering assurance across tenders and live projects. The role may be based in any Australian head-office location.

You will develop assurance strategies, coordinate reviews with specialists, monitor risks and drive solutions that are safe, sustainable and commercially sound. This role offers leadership development and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Engineering tertiary qualification with professional registration.
• Experience leading design and construction on complex tenders and projects.
• Strong planning, cost-management and commercial judgement.

Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity

Lead national engineering assurance across tenders and live infrastructure projects. The role may be based in any Australian head-office location.

Your Work

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

• Engineering tertiary qualification, Chartered Engineer status or equivalent and professional-engineer registration.
• Substantial design and construction experience and technical assurance leadership on complex tenders and projects.
• Broad engineering knowledge and strong planning, cost-management and commercial judgement.
• Experience identifying safety, environmental, quality and engineering risks and providing effective technical challenge.
• Strong stakeholder influence, problem-solving and communication across different delivery models.
