AGL seeks a Senior Energy Solutions Engineer to lead technical solution development for high-value C&I energy projects, aligning customer needs with feasible designs and commercial outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions and smooth transition from sales to execution, while upholding safety and governance standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven EPC project development experience delivering technical designs and cost estimates across solar, storage, and related scopes.
• Expertise in distributed energy resources and electrical power systems is essential.
• Ability to articulate end-to-end technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development by scoping customer requirements and creating concept designs and initial cost estimates.
• Provide high-quality proposal inputs and articulate solution architecture and delivery considerations.
• Serve as technical advisor to customers and sales teams, supporting negotiations and solution-based selling.
