Job summary

State Street Corporation in Sydney is seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to drive architecture and delivery for the Alpha Front-to-Back platform. You will collaborate with global business architects, product leads, and operations teams to translate client requirements into enterprise solutions.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales through implementation, documenting requirements, and guiding architecture decisions that align with Alpha capabilities.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of front-to-back enterprise solutions for financial platforms.
• Experience aligning client requirements with enterprise solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a high-growth, complex environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support solution and architecture design through sales and implementation processes.
• Capture and document business requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Diagram system and process flows to represent critical components.
• Ensure client requirements fit offering or flag at change control forums.
• Support implementation programs and identify deliverables for target state models.
• Identify non-standard requirements and drive solutions aligned with Alpha capabilities.
• Obtain and track client sign-off for all requirements.
• Contribute to cross-functional delivery and product development.
• Coordinate across end-to-end lifecycle and APAC-wide Solution Architecture team建设
