Job summary

KPMG’s national Employment Taxes team in Perth is growing, seeking senior talent from manager to director levels. You will lead engagements on fringe benefits tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding and Super Guarantee, while mentoring juniors and expanding our data analytics and RPA-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes client service, collaboration across the Workforce Advisory division, and development of new employment tax offerings for major Australian employers.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, Law or related discipline required.
• A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CTA or legal admission highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior team members within the Employment Tax team.
• Deliver advisory and compliance engagements for clients.
• Develop employment tax compliance solutions using data analytics and automation.
• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business development.
