City Fertility in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Embryologist to lead advanced embryology and IVF laboratory services, delivering exceptional patient outcomes through expert scientific practice and strong mentorship.

You will coordinate daily workflows, perform embryo culture and transfer procedures, oversee quality controls and documentation, support donor and surrogacy programs, and provide clear scientific guidance to clinicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Biomedical Science or equivalent; six years' clinical embryologist experience.
• Advanced competency across core IVF laboratory procedures including semen prep, ICSI, embryo culture, grading, cryopreservation, vitrification and transfer.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop team members through coaching, onboarding, training and performance support.
• Strong understanding of ART, cycle management, accreditation requirements and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced embryology and andrology procedures with strict patient safety.
• Coordinate daily laboratory workflows to support treatment delivery.
• Identify and monitor oocytes and embryo development throughout cycles.
• Oversee witnessing and critical control processes to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Lead, mentor and develop Embryologists and Lab Assistants.
