Qualifications

• Six years’ experience as a Clinical Embryologist in an IVF lab.
• Advanced competency in semen prep, ICSI, embryo culture, grading, cryopreservation and transfer.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams in a collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced embryology and andrology procedures with a focus on patient safety.
• Coordinate daily laboratory workflows to support efficient treatment delivery.
• Identify and assess oocytes; monitor embryo development throughout cycles.
• Conduct embryo culture, grading, cryopreservation, vitrification, thawing and transfer procedures.
• Oversee quality control, witnessing, and traceability; ensure compliance.
