Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming in at least one language (C++, Rust, C, Java or Python).
• 5+ years of design/architecture leadership for large systems.
• Experience mentoring, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• 1+ years of developing large-scale, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software.

Responsabilités

• Improve the speed and reliability of the customer's internet connection on the terminal.
• Develop software that enables self-diagnosis and remote issue resolution.
• Deliver device health and diagnostics data from the fleet.
• Own features end-to-end – design, implement, test, review, deploy, validate on live hardware.
• Debug cross-domain issues spanning hardware, software, and cloud.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, networking, and cloud teams to meet quality and performance goals.
