Job summary

Wilmar Sugar Australia is seeking a Work Coordinator Senior - Electrical Sarina to lead maintenance and capital work in our distilleries and plants. You will coordinate breakdowns, shutdowns and planned work, ensuring safety and schedule alignment with asset strategies.

Qualifications

Engineering or Trade qualification with a QLD Electrical fitter/mechanic licence.
Experience in maintenance, reliability, shutdowns or work execution in heavy industrial settings.
Strong planning, scheduling and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance and capital work execution to ensure safe, efficient and schedule-compliant delivery.
Work closely with Schedulers, Reliability Engineers and Planners to develop and execute achievable work programs.
Manage resources for maintenance, shutdown and breakdown activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reliability and work management processes.
Provide leadership and coaching to work execution teams, including acting in the absence of the Work Execution Superintendent.
