Job summary

Endeavour Energy is seeking a Senior Assessor Trainer to lead annual electrical safety rule training and assess VOC outcomes across trades, apprentices, and post-training verifications. This role supports the ESITDR and Electrotechnology training packages and ensures training resources align with ASQA standards.

You will contribute to the development of assessment resources, program work schedules, and compliance of Endeavour Energy’s RTO.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Training and Assessing required.
• ESI-TDR or Electrotechnology Trades Qualification required.
• C Vehicle licence up to 4.5 tonnes GVM.
• WorkCover Induction for Construction Work – General Course.

Responsibilities

• Programme, deliver and report Network Operator training for reauthorisation.
• Deliver competency-based training for internal/external clients.
• Provide First Aid CPR and Pole Top Rescue training.
• Provide Tower Rescue and Transformer Rescue training.
• Conduct VoC follow-ups and gap/top-up training.
• Report outcomes using Training Delivery processes.
