W3Global is seeking a skilled Site Manager/Foreman to join our electrical team on commercial construction and refurbishment projects in NSW. You will lead the site team, review plans, and ensure work is completed to high quality and safety standards.

This full-time, long-term role offers a competitive salary, company car package, and super. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with the project manager, and maintain equipment while delivering projects from planning through QA.

Qualifications

• Commercial electrical experience on similar projects.
• Punctual, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Ability to read specs and plans accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Hold NSW driver’s licence and a vehicle.
• Hold a NSW Electrical Licence.
• 5+ years post-trade experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope.
• Lead site team to complete tasks within labour and material budgets.
• Follow WHS systems to ensure safe working conditions on site.
• Coordinate labour and materials with the project manager.
• Maintain tools, plant and equipment on site to a high standard.
• Undertake QA inspections and complete QA checklists.
• Liaise with builder for daily site coordination.
• Manage subcontractors to meet construction programs.
