CV Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Electrical Infrastructure team. This leadership role combines hands-on delivery with people leadership across a portfolio of electrical infrastructure projects in Queensland.

You will mentor four Project Managers, drive project performance, strengthen client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

CV Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Electrical Infrastructure team. This leadership role combines hands-on project delivery with people leadership, overseeing a team of Project Managers while managing a portfolio of key projects.

You will play a critical role in driving project performance, developing your team, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role will suit a proven Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Operations Manager with extensive experience delivering electrical infrastructure, utilities, substations, power distribution, or major electrical construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of four Project Managers
• Managing the successful delivery of electrical infrastructure projects
• Overseeing project planning, procurement, scheduling and executionDriving commercial performance, forecasting and financial outcomes
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Managing project risks and ensuring successful project outcomes
• Supporting business growth through leadership and strategic project delivery
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and industry standards

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience leading and delivering electrical infrastructure, utility or distribution projects
• Experience managing project portfolios and leading project teams
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills
• Demonstrated success developing and mentoring Project Managers or delivery teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship management capabilities
• Sound understanding of project planning, scheduling and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• A commitment to safety leadership and high-quality project delivery
• Electrical trade, engineering, project management or related qualifications
