The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of experience, and Chartered status or progress toward it, while driving planning, constructability and continuous improvement across projects in Brisbane
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex construction projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, design and constructability.
- Proven leadership with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Chartered Engineer or working towards professional accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering delivery for major electrical work packages.
- Manage planning, programming, procurement and project execution.
- Drive constructability, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, risk and stakeholder management.
- Lead and develop project teams to achieve safe, quality outcomes.
