Job summary

ADD STAFF, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join our NSW team.

The role focuses on cost estimation for MV/LV switchboards, switchrooms, kiosks and related electrical infrastructure, with strong collaboration across engineering and production. You will review drawings, specifications and BOMs, manage the estimation process from enquiry to handover, and liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements and negotiate pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating MV/LV switchboards, switchrooms or related assemblies.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for MV/LV switchboards, modular switchrooms, kiosks, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bills of materials to ensure compliance and technical accuracy.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.
• Manage the full estimation process from initial enquiry through to project handover.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements, negotiate pricing, and resolve technical queries.
• Support continuous improvement and product development initiatives across the national business.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
