Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our team in Applecross, WA. This role focuses on preparing accurate tenders for Electrical & Instrumentation and SMP projects across mining, resources, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to secure new business, develop methodologies, and maintain tender databases while supporting project handovers and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating E&I and/or SMP projects in mining, resources, industrial, or infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and project docs.
• Strong knowledge of Australian standards and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for E&I and/or SMP projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings and client scopes of work.
• Develop labour, material, plant and subcontractor pricing and manage supplier quotations.
• Identify risks and opportunities during the tender process.
• Support handovers to delivery teams after award.
