Aurecon Group in Australia seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer, Secondary Systems within the Transmission & Distribution team. You will design and deliver substation secondary systems up to 500kV, leading projects and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating with civil and primary electrical teams.

You will drive quality, safety, and performance across diverse projects for regional clients, contributing to business growth and sustainable infrastructure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required).
• Experience in High Voltage Secondary Substation design and project delivery.
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and providing technical leadership to design teams.
• Strong track record in managing design projects in compliance with quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Design and deliver advanced Substation Secondary systems for distribution and transmission networks (upto 500kV).
• Ensure strict adherence quality assurance procedures and technical standards.
• Lead and manage engineering projects within defined scopes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Foster effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, primary electrical).
• Contribute to proposal development, including scope definition and cost estimation.
• Engage with regional clients, providing expert technical advice and supporting business growth.
