Stantec is growing in South Australia and seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Adelaide Buildings team. You will lead electrical projects across healthcare, defence, commercial and more, delivering design documentation through construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered status or equivalent accreditation.
• About 7 years' experience in consulting building services.
• Experience delivering across healthcare, defence, commercial, education, industrial or data centres.
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards and electrical building services.
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong client relationships and business development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from planning to commissioning.
• Deliver electrical building services designs and drawings and corresponding reports, studies, calculations and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and support engineers and graduates.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, authorities and stakeholders.
• Represent Stantec in client meetings, presentations and project workshops.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across Adelaide, Melbourne and national.
• Contribute to design reviews, QA processes and project risk management.
