Job summary

WSP seeks a Senior or Associate Electrical Engineer - BESS & Electrical Systems to join its growing Power & Energy team across Australia. You will support a portfolio of renewable projects, from development through to commissioning, reporting to the Engineering Manager in a hybrid-capable role.

You'll collaborate with specialists, contribute to client relationships, and help grow our renewables business while mentoring others and advancing in a globally connected team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered status with Engineers Australia preferred; required for Associate.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of BESS and electrical engineering solutions across Australia.
• Drive OE, TDD, electrical design and advisory services for projects.
• Assist in proposals and tenders to win work and grow renewables business.
• Act as Project Lead across renewable energy and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Support business planning, financial performance and growth initiatives within Renewables.
