WSP is seeking a Senior/Associate Electrical Engineer to join its Power & Energy team on renewable energy and BESS projects across Australia. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to lead complex design and advisory engagements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 6+ years in power, and Chartered status is preferred for Associate level. You will contribute to development through commissioning of projects, working with a national team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Chartered status is highly regarded; for Associate level, Chartered status is required.

Mansioni

• Lead and deliver BESS and electrical engineering solutions for renewable projects in Australia.
• Drive OE, TDD, electrical design, and advisory engagements.
• Assist in proposal development and tenders to support business growth.
• Act as Project Lead across renewable energy and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Support business planning and growth initiatives within the Renewables team.
