GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer based in Ascot, WA, to join a multidisciplinary team delivering mining and minerals projects across Australia. You will lead design efforts, mentor engineers, and liaise with major clients to meet Australian standards.

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and 6+ years of experience, with strong communication and leadership skills and proficiency in 3D CAD modelling.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) is required.
• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with digital engineering tools and 3D CAD modelling.

About Us

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.

The Opportunity

We are on the lookout for experienced Senior Electrical Engineers to join our Engineering Team working alongside a multidisciplined team to deliver outstanding results across various projects in the mining and minerals industry

Based out of our Ascot office you would work on various projects across Australia across a variety of commodities ( gold ,copper, iron ore etc) with regular site visits depending on project requirements

A Typical Day Will Consist Of

• Project design and execution for mineral processing plants
• Provide specialist engineering expertise and ensure robust change control processes and documentation standards are followed
• Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high-quality project deliverables for technically complex designs
• Provide mentoring and act as a leader within the Engineering team

About You

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
• 6 + years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven capability in digital engineering tools and a thorough understanding of 3D CAD modelling
• Experience leading technical input into projects and working with major mining clients to Australian standards
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Current National Police clearance
• White Card
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
