Job summary

Ericsson MOAI is seeking an experienced EHS leader to own the health, safety and wellbeing function across physical, psychosocial, and environmental risk. The role governs a geographically dispersed organization and requires embedding robust risk governance into commercial decisions.

The position reports to the Head of Network Operations - MOAI and works with the Global Head of Health Safety and wellbeing to ensure alignment with global strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, OHS, Environmental Management or a related discipline is required.
• Certification such as NEBOSH, CSP, CEP etc. is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an EHS strategy for MOAI - NEO, aligned with Ericsson's global framework and local risk profile.
• Prevent serious injury and fatalities through critical control verification, precursor monitoring and field leadership presence.
• Govern psychosocial risk across MOAI jurisdictions, meeting and strengthening regulatory obligations.
• Oversee Workers' compensation performance across MOAI, including premiums, claims and return-to-work.
• Lead and develop a small specialist EHS team.
