Goodstart Early Learning Nambour – Doolan Street, QLD is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a room and mentor a team of educators, delivering engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF and supported by the Centre Leadership Team. You’ll foster strong relationships with children and families, contribute to high-quality outcomes, and uphold an inclusive, safe learning environment.

The role offers pay rates up to $43.00 per hour plus Super, 50% childcare discount, up to 6 weeks parental

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of educators within your room.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
