Goodstart Early Learning in Nambour, Queensland, is looking for an Educator to join our team. You will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences supporting children's growth, wellbeing and development.

The role offers a part-time schedule (35 hours per week) with above-award pay, a strong focus on safety and inclusivity, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning programs.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader.
• Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels valued.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
