This full-time role requires a current TAE40116 Certificate IV and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, learning solutions, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Design impactful learning solutions that enhance educator performance and support organisational goals.
• Lead educator capability development through innovative training programs, career pathways and performance initiatives.
• Leverage LMS expertise, including Lumitt or similar platforms, to drive effective learning experiences.
• Shape educator capability through data-driven insights and compliance with RTO Standards.
• Influence, collaborate, and inspire by partnering with stakeholders, providing expert advice and identifying training needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead educator capability development through innovative training programs, career pathways, and performance initiatives.
• Bring your VET expertise as an experienced educator with a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Design impactful learning solutions that enhance educator performance and support organisational goals.
