Job summary

SDN Randwick is hiring a Diploma-qualified Senior Educator for a permanent full-time role in our 2–3 years toddler room. 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with above‑award conditions, professional development, and benefits in a warm not-for-profit environment.

You will work closely with the Room Leader, delivering play-based programs and supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development in a calm, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid and Child Protection training are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Plan, deliver and reflect on play-based learning experiences.
• Create safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor spaces for exploration and independence.
• Support and collaborate with the Room Leader and team to deliver quality learning outcomes.
