The University of Sydney is seeking a Senior Education Support Officer (Clinical) to lead the Central Clinical School Education Support Team and support the Sydney Medical School MD program. We are seeking an experienced Senior Education Support Officer (Clinical) to lead the Central Clinical School Education Support Team and support delivery of the Sydney Medical School Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program.
You will lead a high-performing team and oversee operational support for clinical teaching, assessment, timetabling, curriculum and student activities. Working closely with academic leaders, clinicians and professional staff across the University and Sydney Local Health District, you will coordinate complex processes and drive continuous improvement.
This role requires a resilient and adaptable leader with strong judgement and experience in education administration and people leadership.
The position is primarily based at the Susan Wakil Health Building, Camperdown, with a minimum of four days on site each week. Occasional work at other locations may be required, and hybrid arrangements can be discussed with the hiring manager.
