Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to join our team to deliver technical support services to Victorian schools through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). You will manage ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and administer complex enterprise environments in a school setting.

These positions are not entry-level and require at least 5 years of industry experience, with TSSP or education-sector ICT background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Not entry-level positions.
• Experience with education-sector ICT or TSSP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training when required.
