Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced ICT professionals to deliver technical support services to Victorian schools through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). Roles are contract, casual or permanent with a salary range of $80,000–$110,000 (pro-rata) in Victoria.

These are not entry-level positions; applicants require at least 5 years of industry experience, including TSSP exposure or education-sector ICT expertise, to manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across education sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' ICT support experience, preferably in education or TSSP.
• Experience with school networks, servers and enterprise environments.
• Able to travel to multiple sites and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership and deliver ICT training when required.
