Australian Childhood Foundation is seeking a Senior Education Consultant to join the Knowledge Mobilisation and Practice division. The role involves translating knowledge into practical, engaging learning experiences that strengthen practice for children and young people affected by abuse and trauma.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Knowledge of trauma impact on children and relational healing approaches.
• Experience in organisational capacity building and learning outcomes development.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with organisational clients and stakeholders.
• Identify learning needs and develop meaningful learning objectives.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate face-to-face, online and blended learning.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited learning programs.
• Support learners through reflection, assessment and feedback.
• Develop learning resources, practice guides and digital content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers and e-learning developers.
• Lead or contribute to complex projects including planning, budgets and evaluation.
