Job summary

Australian Childhood Foundation is seeking a Senior Education Consultant to strengthen knowledge mobilisation and practice for organizations supporting children who have experienced abuse and trauma. You will translate knowledge into practical learning experiences, across face-to-face, online and blended formats.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent with recent VET experience.
• Knowledge of trauma impact on children and relational healing approaches.
• Experience in organisational capacity building and needs analysis.
• Experience managing large, complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written communication, editing and content development skills.
• Experience applying contemporary instructional design principles.
• Ability to facilitate engaging learning online and face-to-face environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with organisational clients and stakeholders.
• Understand learning and capacity-building needs; develop meaningful objectives.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate face-to-face, online and blended learning.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited learning programs.
• Support learners through reflective practice, assessment and feedback.
• Develop learning resources, practice guides and digital content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers and e-learning developers.
• Lead or contribute to complex projects with planning, budgets and evaluation.
