Skechers in Gladstone, Queensland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations alongside the Store Manager. You will coach the team, drive sales, and ensure a high standard of customer service and store presentation.

We are looking for a motivated retail leader with experience in senior sales roles and a proactive attitude who can grow leadership skills and manage rostering while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.

About You You’re a motivated and emerging retail leader who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll bring: Experience in a senior sales assistant, fulltime, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM). A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills. Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences. Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets. Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
