Job summary

The City of Sydney is seeking a Senior Educator in Education and Care Services to develop and deliver high-quality inclusive programs for children aged 0–6. You will ensure safety, wellbeing and development in line with City policies and the National Quality Framework.

Requirements include a Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for and educating children aged 0–6 in an early learning environment.
• Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications as approved by ACECQA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality inclusive programs and services that support safety, health, wellbeing, education and development of children and align with policies and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with National Quality Framework and Child Protection Law.
