We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our expanding Commercial team on the Snowy 2.0 Project. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day contract administration, governance, and contractual reviews associated with the large-scale Future Generation supply chain. Working closely with the Commercial Lead and Site Construction teams, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day disputes, evaluating variation proposals, and ensuring robust project governance for an $8.5 billion element of this historic venture.
The role is based in Cooma to facilitate close, on-site collaboration with the contractor and delivery teams. A generous relocation package is available for candidates ready to move. Alternatively, a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) or Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) 5:2 roster (5 days on-site, Monday to Friday) will be fully supported.
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field. Familiarity with construction law and relevant legislation (e.g., Security of Payment Act) is highly advantageous. Personally, you thrive in a diverse, multinational team environment, demonstrating flexibility, an open communication style, and a collaborative approach to solving complex commercial challenges.
