Job summary

Clough is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor for Project Ceres in WA, reporting to the Construction Manager. You will lead and supervise all electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on site, ensuring systems are mechanically complete and ready for commissioning.

The role requires 7+ years as Electrical Superintendent, relevant licenses, and experience in high-pressure construction (ideally oil & gas) including loop checks, functional testing, cable continuity and relay

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as Electrical Superintendent or equivalent.
• Relevant electrical licenses or certifications.
• Experience in high-pressure construction environments.
• Experience in oil & gas industry and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all electrical pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on site.
• Oversee completion of loop checks, functional testing, cable continuity, relay testing.
• Coordinate field teams during live testing.
• Ensure electrical systems are mechanically complete and ready for commissioning.
• Manage punch lists and drive timely closeout.
• Ensure fulfilment of project quality and contractual requirements.
• Verify drawings and materials availability to plan execution.
• Set up time schedule within scope and time frame.
• Arrange cost-effective electrical construction works per operating programs.
• Coordinate activities of supervisor, field engineers and quality inspectors.
• Measure progress of works and provide training to team members.
